Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all EU countries with free delivery on orders over €50. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We offer refunds or replacements at our discretion. Items must be returned in their original condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ladanifer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
